All products in our store are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printful. This allows us to produce items responsibly and avoid overproduction. Below you will find all details regarding order processing and shipping times.
1. Order Processing Time
Each item is created after your order is placed.
Processing time:
2–7 business days
(depends on product type and order volume)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times from our production partners:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- UK: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Please note: shipping times may vary due to holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Some items may include free shipping, depending on your location and promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Most orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Wrong Address Policy
If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect, we cannot guarantee delivery.
If the package is returned to the fulfillment center, the customer is responsible for:
- reshipping fees
- providing the correct address
Please double-check your details before placing the order.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- contact us at your email,
- include your order number,
- we will investigate and, if confirmed, send a replacement at no cost.
If the carrier marks a package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check:
✔ neighboring addresses
✔ your mailbox
✔ pickup points
✔ your local post office
If the package cannot be located, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees.
These fees are determined by your local customs authority.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes or customs duties.
8. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
This happens because products may be fulfilled by different Printful facilities.
You will receive tracking for each shipment.
