Our products are made and shipped using print-on-demand technology. Every item is created especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns or provide replacements in the following cases:
We accept returns or issue a replacement/refund if:
- the product arrives damaged
- the product has a manufacturing defect
- the product received is incorrect (wrong item, wrong print, etc.)
- the order was lost in transit

Non-returnable items
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
- size exchanges
- color changes
- unwanted gifts
- change of mind
Return process
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective item.
- After confirmation, we will:
- send a free replacement, or
- issue a refund to your original method of payment.
You do not need to send the damaged product back.
Incorrect address
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
