All items are made-to-order through our production partner Printful, using high-quality printing technology.
Your order is manufactured and shipped from the facility closest to your location for faster delivery.
2. How long does processing take?
Processing time is usually 2–7 business days, depending on the product and order volume.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
3. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- UK: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Please note: these are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or holidays.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!
We offer free shipping to the USA and Europe on selected items.
Exact shipping costs will appear during checkout.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
We DO provide replacements or refunds if your item:
- arrives damaged
- has a printing error
- is incorrect
- is lost in transit
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us at your email with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damage
We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
7. I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
If your order is still in processing, contact us immediately — we’ll try to update the address.
If the package has already shipped, we may need to reship the order at additional cost.
8. Why do items arrive in separate packages?
If you order multiple items, they may come from different Printful facilities.
This means they might arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
9. Will the colors match exactly the product photos?
We do our best to display accurate colors, but slight differences may occur due to:
- screen brightness
- monitor calibration
- print process variations
Everything is printed with high-quality inks for vibrant results.
10. Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to cancel it.
Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
11. Who designs the products?
All designs are created by Anna, the artist behind LL by Anna.
Each item is made with care, warmth, and a touch of cozy inspiration.
12. Do you offer custom designs?
At the moment, we do not offer custom requests — but we hope to add this option in the future.
